This house boat recently arrived in our Marina and can be viewed. The house boat has been designed to enable longer period off grid use. The water is being pumped from the canal and is being filtered by a dual water filtering system so water can be used for showering and toilet flus. The boat has 6 solar panels, 4 * 200 Ah batteries and a 3.000 Watt power inverter. A Gas Boiler is used for the warm water and a pellet burner is being used for heating.

The length of this model is 13,00 meter and 4,00 meter wide. We have chosen for an enlarged kitchen, a large bedroom and a guest bedroom.

This house boat can be build, fully furnished, with a navigation package, solar and battery package for 128.500 (ex VAT).
